Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Umrah travel packages based on market needs

Oversee and ensure smooth Umrah travel operations

Build, lead, and develop the operational team

Develop and execute marketing activities to support sales targets

Manage relationships with vendors/partners and continuously evaluate and improve business and operational processes
Requirements

Strong understanding of the business processes and business model of the Umrah travel industry

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Umrah travel industry; managerial experience is a plus
- Proven experience in Umrah travel operations and management

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and business development/marketing skills
